R10 HTC 2014

IEEE R10 HTC is a premier annual cross disciplinary conference that will bring together technologists, engineers, scientists, investors, representatives from NGOs, governments, academia, and industry. The conference will promote discussions and development of Electrical, Communication, Computing, Security and Disaster Relief areas to present results of recent advancements in technology in order to help improve the lives of the impoverished. We welcome papers of up to 6 pages in IEEE format. Papers must clearly state: the problem being solved, engineering/computational advances to the state of the art, new results that have been obtained and their significance. Theoretical papers, applied papers, and implemented system papers are all welcome.

Conference Mission

> Foster exchange of information, networking, and cooperation in the electrical, electronics, communication, computing and humanitarian relief fields.
> Build a community of technologists interested in contributing to improving lives of the under-privilege, disaster (both natural and man-made) response and link technologists with disaster relief, military, security and NGO communities on the ground.
> Improve the lives of those affected by disasters in positive and meaningful ways with the aid of Engineering Tools.
> Promote science, engineering and technology and attract young students to address this important area.
